Over 1,000sqm of Infiled Screens for Balenciaga FW20 Runway Show at Paris Fashion Week
Each season, Balenciaga continues to put on a show to remember, and Fall/Winter 2020 at Paris Fashion Week was no different. The luxury label delivered another extravagant show, inviting guests into a room filled with water with the dramatic staging evoking apocalypse, delivering a strong message on climate change.
For the second year in a row, the large format Infiled screen was a major part of the extravagant Balenciaga show set-up. Suspended above the Vogue runway was over 1,000sqm of Infiled AirMesh panels, playing out foreboding images in rapid succession, from a Hitchcockian swarm of crows to boiling lava and flames. Creative director Demna Gvasalia‘s latest designs walked down a flooded runway, while dramatic graphics were being reflected on the water in the dark auditorium.
