Due to the expanding growth of the company, we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team.


The role:

The Warehouse Manager is an integral part of our national distribution centre and leads the warehouse operations. The role involves all warehousing activities, customer support (internal and external) and accurate recording of inventory.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving, picking, packing and dispatching orders
  • Customer service, trade sales and enquires
  • Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workplace
  • Loading and unloading trucks, containers and pallets
  • Data entry and order processing
  • Supplying clients with technical information about products
  • Assisting sales & service team with dispatching deliveries
  • Liaising with transport companies to coordinate freight and logistics
  • Negotiating freight pricing & terms
  • Performing cyclic stock takes and audits
  • Processing service & sales transactions
  • QC new inventory arrivals
  • General administration and warehouse duties
  • Providing aftersales product support for customers.

This is a full-time position based at our new Gold Coast headquarters in Arundel.

About You

  • Minimum of 5-year experience in warehouse and inventory environment
  • To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
  • Expertise in using inventory management system (NetSuite preferred)
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Genuine team player who is committed to their development and growth
  • Good attention to detail with administrative duties
  • Current forklift and Australian driver’s license
  • Strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
  • Reliable, responsible and dependable
  • Passion for audio visual and technology a bonus
  • A positive and ‘Can Do’ attitude
